
Michael Oxford Founder, Wealth Advisor
Michael Oxford began his career in the financial service industry in 1980, at the age of 21, working for Mutual of Omaha. Four years later, he set out on his own as an independent insurance producer, with his focus on helping retirees. In July 1997, he founded Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning, Inc. (OREP). In 2007, Michael passed the Series 65 securities exam, and he has since added an array of investment options to his repertoire, allowing him the ability to be diversified in all aspects of retirement and income planning.
As an Investment Adviser Representative, Michael seeks out high-quality solutions both in the investment markets as well as insurance products. His experience includes wealth and risk management, IRA and income planning, tax-efficient strategies, long-term care and charitable planning.
Michael puts a strong emphasis on educating retirees and pre-retirees and holds several adult financial workshops at the local community colleges. He offers follow-up complimentary coaching sessions for all who attend. In addition, he offers complimentary consultations to those individuals who have not attended a workshop but would like a personal one-on-one meeting. Michael’s main objective is to help those who are nearing retirement make informed financial decisions.
Michael lives in Glendale, Arizona, with his wife, Sherri. They have two beautiful daughters, Brittany and Paige. Michael enjoys hiking; relaxing at their family cabin in Prescott, Arizona; and salmon fishing in Canada and Alaska every summer. He is very active in the community and previously served as president of the Arizona Cowboy Mounted Shooters Association and on the Grand Canyon chapter of the American Red Cross Board of Directors. He is also an avid supporter of several local charities, one of which is St. Mary’s Food Bank. Since 2011, OREP has collected tens of thousands of pounds of food donations for St. Mary’s as well as orchestrated several volunteer groups to donate their time to work at the food bank alongside Michael and his staff.

Landon Randall President, Wealth Advisor
Landon Randall is an Investment Adviser Representative at Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning, Inc. (OREP). He specializes in providing financial planning and guidance for those who are seeking a better lifestyle in retirement. Prior to working at OREP, Landon served for six years in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter crew chief. In 2007, he moved back to Arizona and began his career in the financial service industry, as an insurance professional, working alongside Michael Oxford, president and owner of OREP. In 2014, he expanded his financial services career by passing the Series 65 securities exam to become an Investment Adviser Representative.
In addition to being an Investment Adviser Representative, Landon holds life, annuity, health and disability insurance licenses. His areas of experience include Social Security optimization, investment management, retirement strategies, income planning, legacy conservation, annuity strategies and insurance strategies. During his career in financial services, he has helped many individuals and couples create retirement plans where their assets are appropriately positioned to suit their personal financial needs.

Landon resides in Peoria, Arizona, with his wife, Jamie, and their two children, Sofia and Mitchell. Jamie is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, and their children are aspiring professional soccer and football players. When he is not working, Landon enjoys traveling to his children’s soccer tournaments and football games.

Austin Fetch, CFP®Wealth Advisor
Austin Fetch is a Wealth Advisor & self-branded “Resident Nerd” at Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning (OREP). He started in the finance industry as an intern at Ameriprise Financial in 2014 at 20 years old. His responsibilities began with simply bringing the filing system digital but grew quickly to include portfolio design & management as well as holistic financial planning for many clients. When he moved to Arizona, he took a position at Charles Schwab where he helped design streamlined training material and information systems for new professionals. Shortly before leaving, he was awarded the Chairman’s Club award in-part for his work transitioning team members to working from home during the pandemic.
Austin has always had an emphasis on education in the field of finance, starting with himself. He started by obtaining a Bachelor of Science with three majors: Finance, Accounting, & Business Administration. This made him the first in his lineage to graduate with a 4-year degree. In 2016, he passed the Series 66 securities exam to become an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR).
Lastly, Austin has held his life, annuity, health & disability insurance licenses since 2018. Austin now holds adult financial education workshops around the Phoenix metropolitan area, & offers complimentary, one-on-one coaching sessions to those in need of guidance. His main objective is to help those nearing retirement make informed retirement decisions by cutting through the confusing jargon of the industry and making quality advice accessible for all those that need it.
Though originally born in the cold tundra of North Dakota, Austin now resides in sunny North Phoenix with his wife Irene. They recently celebrated the birth of their first child, Milo, and couldn’t be happier to be new parents. Austin has two small dogs and loves to take them to the dog park and on hikes around the valley. He also enjoys snowboarding and video games when he can find time to do so.
