Important Details for Your Cruise
Marina
After you RSVP, you will receive a gate pass to waive the marina’s entrance fee. Please present this pass when pulling up to the main gate. The attendant will give you directions on where to park and board.
Parking
Parking is available in the paved lot next to the fire station and overflow parking in an unpaved lot nearby.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle golf carts will run continuously from the blue canopy in the parking lot to The Phoenix cruise boat. Please allow yourself plenty of time, whether walking or taking the shuttle. Please note, this is a free service provided by Pleasant Harbor Marina, not Lake Pleasant Cruises, and gratuities are appreciated. For those with disabilities or who need extra assistance, you can confirm shuttle transport to the boat in advance by calling 602.625.7776.
